With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jennifer D. Roberts brings a deep well of expertise, professionalism, and passion to her role as Director of Operations. A Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Jennifer is dedicated to delivering intelligent, effective solutions for clients—particularly in operations and financial planning.

What do you like about being a financial services professional?
I enjoy helping individuals with their goal planning and making sure the firm runs smoothly.
What are your goals for your clients?
My goal is simple: to make our clients happy and ensure they are served well. I’m always ready to help with any matter that comes up.
What experience and credentials do you have?
Jennifer began her career with the team in 1994, working with them through 1999, and returned in 2007. Her experience includes roles as a registered sales associate and a registered paraplanner at Advest for six years and at Wachovia for two years. In addition to holding the ChFC® designation, she previously held the Registered Paraplanner designation, now known as the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP).
Can you give us a glimpse of your personal life?
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Terrance, to whom she’s been married for over 25 years. Together, they have three children—Jordan, Leyton, and Gavin—and two grandchildren, Trey and Cia, who are the light of her life. She’s a proud supporter of all things Buffalo, especially the Buffalo Bills, and she cherishes every opportunity to visit her sons Leyton and Gavin at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina.
